I went to Wayne State and saw my daughter graduate.
I lived in Cass Corridor for a while. It was the only New York-style neighborhood left; one where "tenents" had leverage.
We are seeing the evaporation of leverage for the citizen, the renter, the worker, the spectator.
The Olympia was the best place to see hockey, better than JLA. And "CoMerica" is not as good as Tiger Stadium.

I went to Wayne State and saw my daughter graduate.
